Why the Continued Prostate Calcification Study? 1. To accommodate those who were not able to be included in the first study 9/06 to 12/06 as well as newcomers who want to share in the improvements being acheived. 2. To continue the remarkable improvements achieved by those in the first study. The data is showing such remarkable cleansing momentum, it seems highly desirable to continue for another 3 months, to complete the thorough cleansing of heavy metals. 3. Nonparticipants in the Study may also follow the protocol and get discounted supplies. Status of 2006 Prostate Calcification Study Study results are exciting, incredibly voluminous, soon to be published, and individual data provided to participants. (As soon as it can all be compiled, taking much longer than we would all like). However, it is an approved study and all formalities must be strictly followed, including review of sonograms by 2 independent Radiologists (MDs), analysis and write up by professional MD, statisticians, etc. I hope we can release at least individual results, in the coming week (1-15-07). Peer reviewed publication will take several weeks. Current 2007 Continued, Online Study Based on the exciting results of that first prostate study, we are expanding the same clinical protocol study where we are examining the effects of a combination of an EDTA suppository, called Detoxamin and an antibiotic, tetracycline to reduce or eliminate prostate calcifications and the symptoms associated with this condition. As clinicians, our research team is optimistic by our experiences and outcomes with combination detoxification therapy. In addition, published clinical studies show chelation therapy can effectively remove heavy metal toxin build up (heavy metal toxicity can cause a variety of serious clinical conditions) and dissolve calcium deposits from the body. Further research demonstrates that nanobacteria lodge onto the prostate and form protective coverings and calcifications (similar to kidney stones). The calcifications increase in number and size over time and cause a variety of symptoms which can lead to debilitating diseases. The treatments set forward in this study, have a high probability to address the purported cause of this prostate condition. Study goals: This 90 day study will utilize detoxification methods to help reduce signs and symptoms of prostatitis, prostate calcifications, BPH and other health challenges caused by toxic build up and infectious agents called nanobacteria. Brief Protocol: Participants in this study will be required to take a combination of the EDTA suppository (Detoxamin), tetracycline, vitamin/mineral supplements and a probiotic. There are on-line symptom surveys that are to be filled out to evaluate treatment results. Participants will also be able choose ultrasonography and fecal heavy metal analysis tests before and after treatment. There are significant discounts on diagnostics and test treatments for those men who qualify and are placed in the study. Enrollment: If you are interested in entering into this research program, please click here to read and sign an Informed Consent that will describe the study in detail, upon signing you will receive further instructions via email. Nonparticipants in the Study may also follow the protocol and get discounted supplies _______________________________

If you choose to participate in only the treatment program without diagnostics, (I.), you may purchase the Detoxamin suppositories, Biotic Detox Support, Health Genesis vitamins and tetracycline, see costs below. You must fill out the Day 1 and Day 90 questionnaires to ascertain the effects of the test materials on your quality of life. If you choose to receive only the fecal heavy metal analysis (II.), you will be sent the Doctors Data mail package along with your treatment products. First provide a fecal sample according to the instructions within the package and send it in the provided carton. Next, fill out the on-line Day 1 questionnaires. Then begin the treatment protocol below. At the end of the 90-Day study period, fill out the questionnaires and send in the final fecal sample. If you choose the sonogram and fecal heavy metal evaluations - before and after treatment (III.), you must first schedule an appointment with Dr. Ellithorpe's office (Tustin Longevity Center). You will receive the treatment package containing the treatment products at Dr. Ellithorpe's office. Then the next day, mail in your fecal sample, fill out the Day 1 questionnaires and then start taking the treatment products. Once you receive your package of treatment products, you will be instructed to first fill out the International Prostate Scoring Survey form, the NIH Prostatitis Index Scoring form and the Erectile Function form. If you choose to get a sonogram, links to Dr. Ellithorpe's office will be listed on the site. There, you will meet with Dr. Brett Jacques for a prostate focused visit which will include a digital rectal exam (DRE) and then be scanned with the ultrasound by a highly qualified technologist in a private examination room. You will be given a package containing the treatment products and the fecal heavy metal kits for you to take with you. For sonogram scheduling, please contact Dr. Rita Ellithorpe's office: 714-544-1521 between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Pacific Time. Upon ordering the fecal test kit, it will be mailed to you and you will be given instructions to provide small amounts of your stool samples. Just follow the directions in the kits and mail them as instructed. Detoxamin may remove some minerals from the body, so you will be instructed to take a three-month supply of a multiple vitamin/mineral supplement, called Health Genesis, on a daily basis. You will also be required to take a three-month supply of Biotic Detox Support probiotic oil matrix capsules to replenish the good bacteria in your digestive tract (intestines) on a daily basis. DETAILED SUPPOSITORY INSTRUCTIONS: Detoxamin EDTA suppositories are solid, bullet-shaped preparations designed for easy insertion into the anus (rectal passage). Detoxamin is manufactured in a cocoa-butter base, a time-release agent (natural fatty acid base), and 750 mg of Calcium-Disodium EDTA. Detoxamin will dissolve at body temperature and will gradually spread over the lining of the lower bowel (rectum), where it is absorbed into the bloodstream. Detoxamin is designed to release 750 mg of Calcium Disodium EDTA slowly, throughout the evening. (Follow this protocol on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week (off Saturday and Sunday) over the three-month period)
At the end of the study - Day 90
