ULTIMATE CLEANSING WITH PC-1>2>3
DAY ONE:
Early AM :1 colon program tablet and 10 drops PC-1>2>3
Lemonade whenever hungry (at least 12  8oz glasses by day's end)
Early PM :10 drops PC-1>2>3
Bedtime: 1 Colon Program Tablet and 10 drops PC-1>2>3
DAYS TWO THROUGH EIGHT:
Early AM: "Oral Salt Water Enema" followed by 10 drops of PC1>2>3 and up to 3 colon program tabs to achieve 2 BM/ day
Lemonade whenever hungry (at least 12  8oz glasses/ day) Add bentonite and psyllium to lemonade 4X (if weight is 150+ add 5X)
Early PM: 10 Drops PC-1>2>3
Bedtime: 10 Drops PC-1>2>3 and up to 3 Colon Program Tabs to achieve 2 BM/ day
DAY NINE THROUGH ELEVEN: GENTLY BREAKING THE FAST
Half an hour before morning meal: 10 drops PC-1>2>3,  3  Whole Body Progam Tabs, and up to 3 Colon Tabs to achieve 2 BM/day
Breakfast: Homemade Vegetable Soup, Brown Rice, Salad No Dressing
Early PM: 10 drops PC-1>2>3
Half an hour before evening meal: 10 drops PC-1>2>3, 3 Whole Body Program Tabs, and up to 3 colon tabs to achieve 2 BM/day
Evening Meal: Lightly Cooked fresh vegetables and light chicken or fish
* Be sure to have at least 64-80 oz of of pure water each day, adding one 8oz glass for every cup of coffee or other diuretic
 

DAY TWELVE THROUGH FOURTEEN:

Continue as on days 9-11, except increase the dosage of Whole Body Tabs to 4 two times/day
DAY FIFTEEN ON
Continue as on days 9-14, except increase the dosage of Whole Body Tabs to 5 two times/day
Continue with PC-1>2>3 until both bottles are used up (approximately 70 days)
Continue the Whole Body Program until the supply is gone, approximately 85 days from when you reach 5 tabs/day
Continue the Colon Program up to 3 tabs two times/day as needed to maintain at least 2 BM/day
