Subject: Ultimate Fast Progress Report

Blood tests in November showed a rapid rise in my PSA to 4.3 from a low of 2.2. My Free PSA was 11.4 which is very low. When compared as a ratio to the PSA it indicated a 95% chance of PC according to several statistical studies. Regretfully, I submitted to a biopsy (it was before I read Prostate Health in 90 Days). 15 biopsies were taken. None were positive but the ultrasound showed "multiple abnormalities" (calcifications) and I was diagnosed with BPH. Because of the symptoms and the bad Free PSA ratio I believe that PC is there but too early to detect so I am proceeding as if I had been diagnosed with PC.

I was totally depressed after reading at least five books detailing the barbaric conventional treatments for PC.

Then I discovered Larry's web site and was immediately invigorated to know there was something I could do besides surgery. I completed the Ultimate Fast five weeks ago. It was surprisingly easy to keep on it for the full eight days. I was not even once tempted to break it by hunger even when watching my girlfriend consume a juicy steak dinner. I started feeling better and more energetic during the fast and have especially improved during the month after the completion of it. Grain allergies, which I had for at least 15 years, have disappeared. I now feel like exercising more, am working out three to four times a week, and am back to running which I had given up ten years ago (I'm 53).

Last week I had my dental work checked by a biologic dentist. Approximately 75% of my teeth are fillings or crowns which were installed over two decades ago. Many had high electrical readings so I am proceeding to have them all replaced. A hair analysis also showed high mercury and nickel. I had a BTA completed which showed major problems in some areas. Another will be completed after the dental work.

I encourage anyone with prostate problems to get going on the fast and then start planning what to do after that. I also encourage you to never submit to a biopsy without communicating with Larry first. Do not hesitate to e-mail any questions to him as his immediate and intelligent replies have been a big help all along. I am truly thankful for his courage in going against conventional treatments and letting us all know about it with his book.

My e-mail address is johnwarr@gte.net for any questions about my own diagnoses or treatment.
