Prostate Cancer Surgery Has 75% Relapse Rate
This number is so far from the Gold Standard that has been trumpeted for many years, it will cause many men to consider alternatives. To suffer through such major surgery, 6-8 weeks recovery, plus the reduced quality of life and high percentage of incontinence and impotence, would not appear to be a great choice. And they dont even consider that the prostate is the source of a mans vitality, his creative and sexual drive/energy. They also do not report on any other forms the illness may have returned.
The main point is that, if the basic causes and message of the illness are not addressed, it will come back in some form. That is why we stress healing the causes for permanent health and happiness.

The Urologic Clinics of North America, May 1997, article written by Pound, reviews the 1600 patients that Patrick Walsh, M. D., Chairman, Urology, Johns Hopkins University has operated on over the last 15 years. The relapse rate 10 years after surgery of men operated with PSA levels more than 10 was 75%, including the relapse rates of all men with PSA levels greater than 10 including the men with PSA levels greater than 20. 62% is the rate for men with pre-op PSA of less than 10.
